Rodin AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website rodinai.net and its AI 3D model generation tool (the “Service”). Rodin AI is a free, anonymous web tool: there are no accounts, no sign-up, and no payment. This Privacy Policy explains what limited information is involved when you use the Service and how it is handled. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Handle

Because the Service requires no account, we do not collect names, email addresses, or passwords. The only information involved is:

• Prompt inputs — the text prompts and reference images you submit to generate a preview. These are sent to our image-generation provider to produce your result and are not tied to any identity.
• Bot-protection data — we use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish humans from automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical signals from your browser to issue a verification token.
• Anonymous analytics — we use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to count page views and feature usage in aggregate. Umami does not use cookies to track you across sites and does not build a personal profile.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) that any website receives, used to keep the Service secure and operational.

3. How We Use This Information

We use the limited information above only to operate the Service: to generate the preview you request, to protect the Service against bots and abuse, to understand aggregate usage so we can improve the tool, and to maintain security. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

4. Third-Party Processing

To generate a 3D-style preview, your prompt and any uploaded image are processed by our third-party image-generation provider. We also rely on Cloudflare for bot protection and content delivery, and on Umami for anonymous analytics. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their function and are bound by their own privacy and security terms.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The Service is designed to work without tracking cookies. Our analytics (Umami) is cookieless and aggregate. Any strictly necessary storage used by bot protection or your browser settings is limited to keeping the Service functional and secure.

6. Data Retention

Because there are no accounts, we do not maintain user profiles. Prompt inputs are processed to return your result and are not retained to identify you. Standard server logs and aggregate analytics are kept only for as long as needed for security and operational purposes.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
